I'm a technologist who spent years in enterprise advisory — watching brilliant AI roadmaps stall at the 'find a vendor' stage. I founded Synerim to own the last mile: observable, governed AI agents in production, in 90 days.

I work at the intersection strategy firms talk about and operators actually need — agent observability, governance scaffolding, and production deployment for utilities, financial services, and retail.

My aspiration is advisory work at the frontier: helping organizations that build AI in-house — or want to operate like they do — engineer trust into autonomous systems at scale. Not PowerPoint on AI safety. Production systems you can audit.
